Our hardware firewall upgrade occurred March 16th around 10pm MDT. Some servers were also relocated to a different rack at the Data Center. The servers that were moved remained online almost the entire time (network was only disconnected a few seconds at two times while switching cables). We have a second firewall being patched in for redundancy as soon as the additional wire is run at the Data Center.
